The purpose of this website is to facilitate our communication with the outside world.  Friends and family will have access to log in and view our information, photos, travelogues, and whatever else we decide to post online.  If you don´t have a username and password, create an account and we´ll help you resolve that.

One of our goals for 2010 is to actually maintain this website and our blog.  Being that the latter task is being tackled by Silvana, I´m confident that it´ll actually happen!  Stay tuned for updates, and be forgiving when they´re not as abundant as you´d hope!

It all started in 2006 when Ben met Silvana and he asked her out.  This wasn´t an easy task, since Silvana lived in Guatemala City and Ben lived in Atlanta, but eventually they had their fist date in Argentina that summer.  After a whirlwind trip through Europe and Ben realizing how incredible Sil was, he popped the question and they were married in May 2007.

It´s pretty much been insane since then!!  3 days after the wedding, Silvana began working on her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at the University of Utah.  Ben had transferred with his job back to Salt Lake and finished his undergraduate degrees that year.  They lived happily in the construction site they called their first home until Ben was transferred back to Atlanta in December 2008.

So here we are, a year later and still madly in love but living in two different cities!  Sil flies to Atlanta every Friday to be with Ben for the weekend, then flies home in time for class on Monday.  Ben works (a lot) and somehow finds time to work on his MBA at Georgia Tech.  After Sil graduates in May 2010, they´ll be a normal? couple living in just one house.
